Join us for a meditation with the ARCH Medicine Wheel. The Medicine Wheel symbolizes coming into balance and wholeness with our soul self.
The ARCH model brings together modern forms of healing, as well as ancient wisdom to create sacred space for self-expression and to make space to embodied mind/body/soul.
Integrating this type of practice into a daily meditation supports healing our traumas through alignment, relationship, consciousness and healing internally and externally. When we begin to heal our traumas small or large we uncover the gifts that supports our human potential and growth.
