Energise and Empower.(suitable for Men and Women)
This day focuses on helping participants build physical energy, mental clarity and emotional resilience through dynamic movement, mindfulness and practical self care strategies. The goal is to leave you feeling recharged, empowered and ready to tackle life with a renewed sense of vitality.
A dedicated space to reconnect with your body, mind and overall health. this day is all about embracing movement, finding balanced cultivating relaxation in a supportive and uplifting environment.
Pilates is more than another "exercise class" I have created classes to be a journey of mindfulness, strength and self care. Throughout the day you'll experience the power of controlled, flowing movements designed to enhance your core strength, mobilise and strengthen the spine, and promote a sense of calm with breathing techniques.
In addition to Pilates sessions, we will explore other methods of self care. Such as breathing techniques to aid stress and anxiety, along with cold water immersion therapy to promote a resilient nervous system (cold water therapy is not mandatory).
We will have sessions during the day to explore Health and Wellbeing coaching to help you achieve your health and wellness desires. The space will be safe and free from judgement, allowing us to explore our individual needs for the day.
Whether you wish to attend to move, learn or simply take time for yourself, this is your opportunity to prioritise your wellbeing. Together, let's enjoy a day of connection self care, and personal growth.
An example of the day:
9.30am - 9.55am- welcome and orientation.
10am - 10.30 cold water immersion (guided & lifeguarded session) changing and shower facilities available.
10.45 - 11. 35 Dynamic Pilates session: boost your energy. (improve circulation to energise muscles and mind, engage the core to help with overall strength and wellbeing)
11.40 - 12pm Light refreshments fruit infused water, herbal tea, tea and coffee.
12.05 - 12.55pm Energising Nutrition Talk: Food for fuel (foods that sustain energy levels, simple pre and post training snack/healthy snacks, hydration hacks for vitality)
1pm - 2pm Lunch (pre order from the lake cafe if you would like, additional cost)
2.05 - 2.50pm Guided group coaching: Empower your mind, positive mindset workshop (techniques to build mental resilience and boost confidence, visualisation and journalling exercises.
2.55 - 3.45pm Pilates Power session, strength for life. building strength from top to toe, functional movements to improve strength and co-ordination.
3.50 - 4.20 - Guided relaxation and reflection: calming guided meditation to integrate the days experiences. Gratitude focus, along with empowerment.
4.25 - 5pm Hand out information handouts covering the day and tips how to integrate into you daily life.
Takeaway information: Daily movement ideas, nutrition ideas, tips and tricks to aid your goals. Habit tracker, mindfulness exercises and breathing exercises.
Introduction price of £50 per person (regular price will be £70)
the timings for the day are subject to change, if this happens we will communicate at the earliest possible opportunity. However, we will keep the structure of the day as advertised.
