About this course

Journey back in time to explore where many of our current Holistic Therapies originated and how they have changed in modern society compared to Ancient Culture Traditions.

By the end of the course, you will:

Recognise The Chakra system used by Ancient Indian Culture and review how this has changed in modern
society with Reiki and Meditation.
Identify the meridian system from Chinese Ancient Culture and recall any changes in the system of
reflexology.
Recall Healthy Mind, Healthy Body from Greek Ancient Culture and explain how this relates to Mindfulness.
Compare the Sumerian Ancient Culture Temples to the many Health and wellbeing modalities of today.
