About this Event
If you’re supporting a young person to think about their GCSE or study options, you might also be starting to think about how those choices might lead them to a career. Health and Care careers are rewarding and so varied with over 350 roles to choose from. Knowing where to start can be difficult so hospitals, doctors surgeries, care homes and a range of different health and care services are all coming together to hold an event for parents, carers and young people to attend together and find out about Health and Care Careers.
Our relaxed event will offer a chance for parents/ carers and young people to talk to professionals about their roles, find out more about different routes into a job- such as apprenticeships, T-level and to hear about work experience opportunities and how you can access them.
