Aya's unique approach weaves together trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, and the healing power of sounds and voice to a space for personal transformation and integration of trauma embedded in individual safety. Drawing from her rich experiences across various healing modalities such as voice-, energy- and soundhealing, somatic work and hypnotherapy she offers a holistic path to self-discovery.
