The workshop offers a calming midweek session at sunset for students to unwind, connect, and learn resiliency skills, followed by guided meditation. It includes visualizations, breath work, and 55 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a state between sleep and wakefulness that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and self-healing. Yoga Nidra can enhance yoga, therapy, and meditation or be practiced alone.
