Join me for this 90 minute event to relax and heal your body, mind, and soul! Gentle movement, deep stretching, meditation, and Reiki..
Class will start with intention setting, Reiki drumming, and a nervous system reset. Gentle Flowing Yoga will be offered followed by relaxing Yin Yoga along with meditations and Reiki healing throughout the evening. Class will conclude with an extended period for relaxation and reflection. Bring your journal, mala, and all things inspiring.
NO Refunds/Credits -all registrations are final.
No experience needed. All are welcome!
