Healing Workshop.

This particular session will be offering energy healing using crystal singing bowls and and reiki.

There will also be an opportunity to for a mini tarot reading.

Energy healing is based on the understanding that a persons optimal well being is a result of the flow of a life force energy through the body, bloackages and imbalances in the flow of this energy will eventually show up as physical, emotional and/or mental issues.

Energy healing helps to stimulate the flow of the life force energy so that the body can naturally restore itself to wellness on all levels, essentially energy healing is creating the vibrational environment where by the body can heal itself.

Reiki is a gentle non invasive energy based healing, it promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety. Reiki aids in healing by helping the individual to become more energetically balanced.

Sound baths - Crystal singing bowls are instruments that create pure, sustained and etheral tones. Singing bowls promote relaxation, improved sleep and energy balancing.

You should avoid sound bath sessions if any of the following apply to you eplilepsy, metal implants of any kind any where in the body, recently had surgery (2 months), have any kind of heart condition, have ever had a stroke or a brain injury.

If you struggle with mental health it is advised to consult a medical professional before attending a sound bath as it can resurface any previous struggles.
