Healing with Horses: Journey to Inner Peace and Coherence

Healing with Horses: a Journey to Inner Peace and Coherence

August 16-17 10 mins west of Saskatoon.

Be welcomed to the beautiful natural setting of a private ranch with the divine privilege of camping and working with the resident horses.

To share intentional space with a horse is to step into a field of pure presence.  A field that supports heart coherence and deep reflection.  Horses offer us an invitation: to slow down to breathe to feel and to reconnect—both with ourselves and the world around us.  In the sacred space between horse and human healing happens through harmonic resonance - a felt sense of the moment and all the layers that the moment holds.  Through surrender and a willingness to soften into the process acceptance and courage finds us well and the shift that makes healing possible puts the reins in our ready hands.

Our immersive itinerary includes:

  • a variety of activities with horses: experience the power of harmonic resonance and nervous system regulation
  • 9D Breathwork: immersive soundscapes and guided breathing patterns get you out of the mind and into the body where tension lives where old stories still echo where healing can finally begin through somatic release and subconscious reprogramming
  • Sound Healing with horses: harmonizing vibrations and the gentle presence of these majestic animals combine to create a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience.
  • Sound Healing Circle: participants will have an opportunity to tap into their musical creativity as we play instruments together in the spirit of improvisation around a fire
  • Intuitive Art Workshop: explore and express emotions feelings and thoughts through artistic creation allowing your intuition to guide the creative process
  • Connection with the land and senses through a guided Sensory Forest Bathing experience
  • Outback Cold Plunge: invigorating cold exposure to reduce inflammation activate pathways that regulate stress and promote mental health by increasing endorphin and norepinephrine levels
  • All meals included
  • Camping on the land tents provided you will need to bring your own mattress sleeping bag and pillow
