Why Gong Bath?The gong’s deep, resonant sound works on a cellular level, helping to release energetic blockages and quiet the mind. Vibrations from the gong promote deep relaxation, improve circulation, and activate your body’s natural healing process.

- Gentle warm-up and Kundalini Yoga sequence with breathwork and mantra
