Get a taster of the sacred body work of Thai yoga massage and immerse yourself into a healing sound bath.You will be guided through a full sequence of Thai yoga massage body work, which involves the use of static compression, body weight, alignment and dynamic movement in order to bring us back into balance and gives us a deeply nourishing treatment that activates the parasympathetic nervous system that can bring our receivers into a deep state of relaxation, the place where self-healing can happen.
Immerse yourself in the beautiful sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drum, chimes, human voice and other sound healing instruments that are healing for our bodies, minds and spirit.The healing sound bath will allow us to integrate the body work we received.
This workshop is designed for beginners and improvers. You will be confident to give a 1h sequence of Thai yoga massage afterwards. You also get a recording of the demonstration.
At the end of this nourishing body work you receive a relaxing & healing sound bath.
Please wear comfortable, lose clothes like eg. yoga clothes, not jeans;)
bring yoga mat/ futons, blanket, cushion, water bottle, notepad & pen, light lunch
