Awakening the Light Within
Imbolc marks the sacred midpoint between winter and spring—a time of renewal, hope, and gentle awakening. It is a season traditionally associated with Brigid, goddess of the hearth, healing, poetry, and sacred flame. As the days slowly lengthen, we are invited to tend our inner fire and nurture the seeds of intention waiting to grow.
This healing class offers a restorative experience through guided meditation, Reiki energy healing, and sound healing, softly honoring Brigid’s presence as a source of warmth, inspiration, and renewal. These practices support the release of stagnant energy, the rekindling of clarity and creativity, and alignment with the returning light of the season.

• Reiki for renewal, balance, and gentle healing
• Sound healing to awaken and harmonize
• Intention-setting inspired by Brigid’s flame
