You're warmly invited to lose yourself in a little light-hearted and heart-centered fun. :)
Healing Through the Sound of Music is a participatory experience of sound, connection and creative improvisation in a mature and casual group setting. It's not a concert, and no musical experience is needed.
We'll play with rhythm, simple instruments, movement, and individual expression in a welcoming and open space, co-creating a unique atmosphere and collective sound experience.
Expect moments of laughter, reflection, and wonder as we rediscover music not as something only to listen to — but something to experience together.
Lots of bolsters for everyone + a limited number of folding chairs available for those in need. Musical instruments provided.
