We invite you to Healing through the Savior on Friday evenings, 6-7 p.m. at the Amarillo East Stake house in the High Council Room, where we will walk together with our Savior. The program details are at https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/media/collection/addiction-recovery-program-audio-series?lang=eng.
The meeting will be strictly kept to one hour.
Here is a short but sincere testimony of Jesus Christ in my life and invitation:
"Come unto me all ye ends of the earth, buy milk and honey, without money and without price" (see 2 Nephi 26:25).
James and I are very excited to be called to facilitate Healing through the Savior. I testify that through the love and power of Jesus Christ, all men may be healed. Years ago, I sat on the side of life's road and prayed for help. Little by little, line upon line, Christ began moving in my life, and healing began to take root in me. God sent mortal men to help me along my path, and I developed relationships that helped me sustain my newfound freedoms.
During this time, I also gained a testimony of Christ's endless love for me. Enamored by the Lord, I sought a new career in nursing. Healing is a lifetime process that begins and ends in Jesus Christ. I am eternally grateful to be a witness to His healing power.
As Elder Christophe G. Giraud-Carrier testified in his talk We are His Children, he stated that “Father in Heaven is indeed our Father, that He loves us, that He knows each of His children intimately, that He cares deeply about each one, and that we are truly alike unto Him.”
I testify that I know that we, the children of a living and loving Heavenly Father, are called to walk together.
Sincerely,
Jenene Witkowski
