This is a potent time for reflection, release, and transformation. It's an ideal moment to connect with ancestors, seeking their guidance as we let go of past attachments and embrace new beginnings. This sacred time of year naturally supports shadow work and invites us to reflect on our personal journeys, let go of what no longer serves us, and create space for healing and transformation.

Guided by experienced facilitators, Meg and Monique, this event will incorporate an ancestral meditation and candle magic with a powerful cord cutting ritual. Journal prompts will be provided and there will be group shares for those comfortable sharing. We will also discuss Samhain, the history, and how to celebrate in modern times. You will receive a Samhain guide with tarot spreads, journal prompts and other ways to celebrate and honor this time of year. Whether you’re seeking to release stagnant energy, end toxic cycles, or deepen your spiritual practice, this workshop offers a meaningful space for mindful reflection and intention-setting.
