Transform your healing practice with Kintsugi. Learn to guide others to help them find strength in their cracks and repair them with gold.
About this Event

In a time where many are feeling the weight of profound emotional disconnection, it’s clear that the work of healing and transformation is more urgent than ever. Trauma, grief, and suffering are not just part of the past; they shape our present. This is a moment of profound spiritual, personal, and professional challenge, and therapists and teachers need tools to navigate this terrain. That’s where Kintsugi comes in.

Kintsugi, the art of repairing broken pottery with gold, is a beautiful metaphor for our own healing process—finding strength and beauty in our cracks and imperfections. My Kintsugi training for therapists and teachers offers a unique opportunity to incorporate this profound wisdom into your practice, helping others embrace their wounds as a pathway to personal growth and transformation.

At Be Here Now Mindfulness, we specialize in somatic practices, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to healing. My training blends these modalities with the ancient wisdom of Kintsugi, offering a powerful toolkit for those supporting individuals through the difficult and messy work of recovery. As a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, I’ve seen firsthand how healing occurs when we can hold space for what is broken—both in others and in ourselves.

Through this training, you will learn how to integrate Kintsugi principles into your therapeutic work, using them to help your clients embrace their vulnerabilities, build resilience, and transform their experiences of trauma and loss into sources of strength. You’ll leave with practical techniques, meditations, and a deepened understanding of how to guide others in their journey of healing.

Join me for a transformative experience where we explore Kintsugi, and somatic techniques to help you support your clients--your students—and yourself—in finding beauty in the broken places.
