I created these walks in nature for women who have experienced or are struggling with narcissistic abuse because I know how isolating and overwhelming the healing journey can feel. Having been in a four-year relationship with a narcissist myself, I deeply understand the challenges, the self-doubt, and the journey it takes to reclaim your sense of self after years of self-neglect and emotional abuse. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can start to trust yourself again, in your own time, find clarity, and feel the healing power of nature. Whether you’re looking for companionship, inspiration, or simply a place to pause and reconnect with yourself, these walks offer all of that and more.
After sharing my story on Instagram about overcoming a 4-year narcissistic relationship through hiking and nature, I was overwhelmed by the response. Many reached out, sharing their own experiences.
These walks are a safe space where we can come together to reconnect with nature, ourselves, and each other.
Nature helped me on my journey and I believe that the beauty and stillness of the outdoors offers something truly special as it gives us the chance to slow down, breathe again, and let the natural world remind us of our strength and resilience.
Together, we walk, we share moments of stillness in the forest, reflection, and, if you feel comfortable, conversation with women who truly understand your experience. Nothing is staged or set up, we just walk together as we make conversation and get to know one another.
You’re not alone, let’s take these steps together, toward healing, empowerment, and rediscovering that true sense of joy and safety we seem to have lost.
These walks are dog friendly as long as they’re calm and friendly dogs with both people and other dogs too 🐶
