Healing Thoughts - Affirmation Workshop & Brunch

At this workshop you will learn and be assisted in creating affirmations to help heal negative thought patterns and manifest your best life!! We will have some conversation, balance some chakras, do some group meditation as well as reiki and sound healing. You will have the opportunity to record your own affirmations in your own voice and receive your own track to use daily. Mimosas and light brunch will be served :-)
