About this Event
Join us for a special evening performance by the talented songwriter and musician, B. Louis. With the intent to relax the nervous system and surrender into peace under vibration, frequency, and sound, we will enter a mediative state with the company of B's musical performance aimed to awaken the subconscious mind and ground the conscious mind.
With so much happening in the collective and in our personal lives, this is a time for self-care, and decompression for us all.
Doors open at 6:30PM - Sound Healing will begin promptly at 7.
The performance will include element of:
- channeled singing + vocalizing
- Ngoni
- Handpan
- Swinging chimes
- Original soundscapes and nature sounds
- Seed shakers
- Shield gong with violin bow
- Tibetan bowl
Come with a curious mind, open heart, and no expectations, and have the willingness to fully surrender into your personal experience.
Things to prepare for this sound healing:
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Bring water
- Bring something comfortable to lay on (yoga mat, blankets, etc.)
- Pillow for hand and neck support
- It's preferred to have an empty stomach or eat something light beforehand

B. Louis is a singer/songwriter and sound healer whose mission is to share and channel his voice to the world. Healing music became his mission when he realized the healing effects people were having just in one session, with a combination of his own exploration with sacred plant medicines. He believes that by combining intentional music with meditation and self-reflection, we can begin the healing process with our own willingness to simply go within. B. uses several instruments while singing/channeling his voice to create a safe container to go on an inward journey.
