This ritualday is for 8 conscious women who long to step into a more intimate and empowering relationship with their physical body.
It offers the potential to grow beyond shame and guilt in relation to the feminine body and is designed to nurture and expand the wellbeing in your body and how you show up in Life.
On Friday we meet to prepare the soil: establishing a nurturing and deeply connected circle of sisterhood to invite and create a safe and unconditional loving space for each and every women ready to radically transform the relationship to her body.
The focus of the evening and following day is on authenticity and embodiment- not on performance and impressing others.
At the core of Saturday is the ritual of taking off your clothes in front of the group of the sisters, telling the story of your body , what it went through and what your relationship to it is.
This is a very delicate place to be in and you are supported by the sisters in the circle holding the most present, tender, respecting and loving space for you.
As the ritual is self led you decide how far you want to go and what you want to share in order to stay true to yourself.
This is about the courage to open and be vulnerable- it is NOT about exposing yourself at all costs as you create your ritual space and the authenticity of what you share.
That you are true to who you are is much more important than to fulfill any expectation, conscious or unconscious.
There will a thorough preparation for the ritual and enough integration afterwards so that you land safe and well in a space that has the potential to feel like rebirth.
The ritual day in itself has he potency to change your life as it is one of the most powerful experiences of safety, reverence and love in the sisterhood of women where we support each other to step into more and more fullness and authenticity in life, beyond guilt and shame.
As you hold the responsibility for creating your ritual space – with support if you want or need- you step consciously out of victimhood and symbolically take your life in your own hands.
The circle of women is there to hold you, your vulnerability and the space for your authentic unfolding so that the experience can be a positive activation for your growth and evolution.
When you register you will receive the guidance of how to prepare and what to bring to this sacred time. We meet for 3 hours on Saturday for deepening connection with each other, exploring the relationship to the body and for creating a deeper sense of safety by answering any questions or concerns.
