• • • WHAT IS THE MOTHER WOUND?The mother wound encompasses so much of women's trauma around who they are, who others think they are supposed to be, trauma around childbirth, trauma around loss - both by death and by estrangement whether losing a child, or a mother/mother figure. It's about children - lack of children - mother - lack of mother or mothering - feeling unseen, unheard and not nurtured. It is about grief, generational and ancestral trauma, self-worth, pain, violence, abuse, and any other women's trauma. It can be passed down the maternal line, as well as show up in our own current lives.

Join us on Saturday, July 13th from 11am - 1:30pm for a mini-retreat focused on healing your personal mother wound & women's trauma. ALL women are invited to join us.
• • • This healing mini-retreat is $40 and will include:
• Mudpacking Session
• Discussion of the Mother Wound as we unravel how it reveals itself in our lives
• Opportunity to discuss your own mother wounds in a safe space
• Group hypnosis geared towards releasing and healing the mother wound within you
• A safe, relaxing environment where you will be nurtured while local holistic healers Amber Addy & Mela Borawski facilitate healing and transformation
• Healthy snacks, water & teas will be provided.
While Amber uses her expertise in the healing modality of mudpacking as each of you relax, Mela will talk about the mother wound. While the mud clears and detoxes, you'll be guided through a healing hypnosis to aid in the detox and relaxation. We will have discussion time, to allow you to verbalize anything that comes up, allowing a safe place for sharing (which is super healing too!). We'll have another meditative hypnosis allowing you to release and heal any traumas, mother wound issues, or pain that has rise up during the physical, emotional and spiritual detox.

• • • WHAT IS MUDPACKING?
Mudpacking is the use of mud first on our hands and feet, which are our conductors of energy to the world around us. This will open our pathways and clear and release any blockages helping to detox the body and heal the biofield.
In the second session mud is used in any areas of trauma and the corresponding reflex arc to those areas determined by muscle testing. This heals any holes in our biofield and releases the stuck toxins and trapped emotions in those areas of the body.
The result is a detox internally and the restoration of our biofield and energy conductors facilitating total body mind and spirit healing!

• • • WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
Our mind is so powerful, when we reprogram our subconscious we transform our way of thinking. Hypnosis works because as you relax, your subconscious takes the forefront and listens to the suggestions being given by the hypnotist. Then, when situations arise that trigger the suggestions, your subconscious works to remind you even in the midst of going about your everyday life. Hypnosis is powerful, because your mind is powerful. In many cases, you have to make the change needed, but your subconscious is right there tapping you to remind you of what you want to do all along the way. Reprogramming the brain is essential to move past the pain, hurt and negativity of our past and our baggage we all carry.
