Focus on mothering yourself for a charge. Healing the “inner mother” workshop challenges the mindset of “being everything for everyone,” “not letting the ball drop,” and “doing things right by others.” In this workshop, we will be training our nervous system to stay calm during times of struggle from the outside world. Here we will remember our strength and inner power while simultaneously allowing ourselves to let go of controlling the uncontrollable, and setting healthy boundaries with others.
