About this Event
Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing and restorative sound bath experience with Sneha, where you’ll be gently guided into full-body relaxation, accompanied by the soothing harmonics of Himalayan Singing Bowls.
As you enter a meditative state, we’ll begin the process of connecting with your inner child — your most authentic self — the part of you that remembers joy, innocence, playfulness, and freedom, but may also carry emotional wounds, unmet needs, and early traumas. Connecting with and healing the inner child can be a powerful way to support your emotional and psychological well-being. Through this healing journey, you’ll be gently supported in reconnecting with and nurturing your inner child — with greater compassion, clarity, and care.
Please bring a yoga mat, and any pillows, blankets, or other props you would like to make yourself comfortable while lying down for the sound bath.
Sneha Agrawal of Emerald Energies Wellness is a certified Usui/Holy Fire III ® ReikiPractitioner, Certified Himalayan Singing Bowl Practitioner, Certified Angel Guide and Narayan Reiki Master. She applies her intuitive and empathic abilities to sense the areas that require energetic alignment and then customizes each Reiki/Sound Bath session to promote the well-being of the recipient. Both Reiki and Sound Bath sessions deeply relax the mind and the body, improve the mood, boost energy flow in the body, and promote spiritual growth.
