A Journey of Reflection, Healing, and Self-Love
About this Event

When was the last time you truly nurtured your inner child? How do you show yourself love, and how do you receive it?

Imagine stepping into a warm, inviting space where you’re welcomed with a soothing cup of cacao, the scent of calming herbs filling the air, wrapping you in a sense of safety and belonging.

Our relationship with our mother deeply shapes our self-esteem, influencing how we see ourselves and how we relate to others—our partners, children, friends, and even our own mother. When our self-esteem is wounded in childhood, it doesn’t disappear; it simply retreats, hidden beneath layers of doubt, fear, and insecurity.

This workshop will guide you in understanding how your early experiences, particularly with your mother, have shaped your self-worth. By acknowledging these patterns and beginning to re-mother the child within, you can reclaim your power, nurture your inner peace, and restore a sense of wholeness. Through reflection and healing practices, we will awaken the self-esteem that has always been within you, waiting to be embraced.

What to Expect:
🍵 A heart-opening cacao ceremony to set intentions for deep healing
📝 Journaling and guided reflection on self-esteem and self-worth
🌸 A powerful mirror exercise to reconnect with your authentic self
💖 Affirmation practices to define yourself on your own terms
🌿 A healing ritual to transform past wounds into sources of strength

This experience is an opportunity to soften, to reconnect, and to embrace yourself fully. Whether you’re beginning your healing journey or deepening your self-awareness, this space is here for you.

💛 Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, seen, and whole. 💛
