About this Event

Healing the Father Wound: Reclaiming Your Inner Strength

Your relationship with your father shapes your sense of worth, trust, and the way you navigate life. When this bond is fractured—whether through absence, criticism, or emotional distance—it can manifest as self-doubt, workaholism, codependency, or a deep fear of rejection. In this healing workshop, guided by the warmth of cacao and sacred rituals, you’ll explore these wounds with compassion, release limiting beliefs, and begin the journey of re-fathering yourself with love, strength, and acceptance.

What to Expect:

✨ A heart-opening cacao ceremony to set intentions for deep healing

✨ Guided journaling and reflection on father wounds and self-trust

✨ A meditative movement practice to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and unlock blocked creative energy

✨ A powerful mirror exercise to rediscover your authentic self

✨ Affirmation practices to redefine yourself beyond past wounds

✨ A sacred healing ritual to transform pain into resilience

This space is here for you—to soften, to reclaim, and to step forward with a renewed sense of self. Whether you are beginning your healing journey or deepening your self-awareness, you are welcomed exactly as you are.

Leave feeling lighter, seen, and whole.
