Join me for a heart healing session designed to help you release emotional burdens, clear unwanted energy, and invite in a renewed sense of peace and alignment.
Who should attend?
This session is for you if anything is weighing on your heart that you feel needs some aspect of healing or release, such as: heartbreak, loneliness, resentment, jealousy, fear, or distrust.
What to Expect
- Guided Meditation: Engage in a group meditation to clear unwanted energy.
- 1:1 Energy Clearing: Receive individual attention as I assist with clearing blockages, delivering channeled messages, and inviting in new, supportive energy. This may include light touch or hand placement above your head or shoulders depending on your comfort level.
- Personalized Affirmations: Participate in a visualization to embody the new energy and receive personalized affirmations crafted for you.
Details
- The studio is on the 3rd floor and can only be accessed by stairs (sorry, no elevator!)
- Doors open at 2pm, and we’ll start promptly at 2:10pm
- Chairs will be provided. Feel free to BYO yoga mat or floor cushion if you find these more comfortable!
