Healing the feminine through sisterhood and embodiment

Are you seeking connection with like-hearted women in your community? Do you ever find yourself wanting to dive deeper into your self-discovery? Are you curious or ready to unearth your desires, your sensuality, your feminine expression but don't know where to start? Do you crave a space where you can let go, dance, shake, move and be yourself?

These circles are curated to be a safe place for sharing and you are encouraged to come as your authentic self.

Life can be busy, overwhelming and it’s easy to forget the importance of nourishing our bodies with movement and connection (with others but most importantly YOURSELF).

Join your host Irene Tracey the first Tuesday of the month for a specially curated Sisters Circle.

This is an invitation for you to create space for your self expression, give your body permission to soften and to be led by your feminine wisdom. This is an invitation to find like-heartedness and sisterhood in your community where you can hold space for others and have space be held for you.

Movement is medicine. It's the purest form of self expression, the best way to move stuck energy and create space for your expansion. From strangers to sisters, together we can heal the feminine through sisterhood and embodiment.

Come ready to move, booty shaking energy is encouraged.

About your host:

Irene's mission is to help women feel more connected to their inner world by accessing their feminine power. These circles came into fruition after feeling called to create something unique for the women in her community. A space where women could gather, move and express. Outside of the circles, she works with private clients as a somatic facilitator, yoga teacher and plant medicine guide.
