Join us for the first of four retreats in our Embodied Inner Dance Journey,a sacred series dedicated to remembrance, healing, and reconnection with your feminine essence.
This first retreat, Rooted in Her: Healing the Mother Line, invites you into deep body-based exploration of the feminine line behind you. Through embodiment practices, InnerDance, movement, and ritual, we will create a safe space to release inherited patterns and reconnect with the source of your inner feminine wisdom.
You will leave feeling more rooted in your body, connected to your feminine lineage, and empowered to trust your inner guidance.
You don’t need previous experience, just a willingness to feel and to listen to your body’s truth.

En Enraizadas en Ella: Sanando la Línea Materna, abrimos un espacio seguro para explorar las memorias que llevamos en el cuerpo de nuestra línea femenina. Soltar patrones heredados y volver a la sabiduría ancestral que vive en ti.
Saldrás sintiéndote más enraizada en tu cuerpo, conectada con tu linaje femenino y empedrada para confiar en tu guía interior.
No necesitas experiencia previa – solo la apertura a sentir y permitir que el cuerpo te muestre el camino.
