Join Talya Jackson, fitness trainer and health coach, and Jazmine Crumpton, mental health therapist, for an interactive workshop about stress relief, self-care and how fitness can help. We want to give you tools and tips on how to understand your needs and improve your health!
This workshop will include helpful stress relief and self-care tools, group workout, tips and tools to help you navigate your busy schedule and your many responsibilities. Childcare will be provided, so kids are welcome. Light refreshments will also be provided.
