Come experience a free one-hour breath work sound bowl session with Instructor Laureen Calloway. Lauren is a professional holistic wellness coach that offer many services for mediation. Guests are welcome to make donations to the instructor. Donations are greatly accepted, are optional.
This is a free class, open to the community. Event will be held inside private closed out room inside the venue. From 12-2 pm guests are welcome to stop by the Holistic pop-up event that will features vendors from art, tarot, massage therapy, etc. in the back-room space.
