Welcome to our monthly Soundbaths at the Beamish Hall Hotel pictured above with it's wooden features, ornate ceilings and amazing acoustics! I'm sure you will love it as much as I do and look forward to sharing healing vibrations with you in this sanctuary of peace & calm.
Welcome to my monthly Sound Bath Meditation sessions, bringing us together in the spacious Shafto Hall on the 3rd Wednesday each month.

7pm ~ 8.30pm.
Arrive at reception for 6.50pm and I will come along to bring everyone down to the Shafto Hall for the Soundbath. Thankyou.
Refreshments & time to reflect & connect.
Please bring Mat, cushion and blanket. There are some spares availble. Water bottle if needed. Herbal tea will be provided. A great opportunity to maybe write in your journal or just take time to reflect 🙏
