This two-hour session begins with relaxing, meditative yoga supported by props, which will take you into the blissful state of deep relaxation. When you arrive, you will set up your mat and your cosy props, and borrow any blankets and bolsters you need to make you comfortable. You will be offered a cup of tea to drink while you settle in.The yoga will be followed by an immersive sound journey with the majestic sound of the gong taking centre stage. The gong has been used for centuries to promote healing with its resonance. The diverse sounds of the rhythmic playing of the symphonic gong with take you on an inner journey, away from space and time to a place of wholeness.
Other sounds include singing bowls, bansuri flute, harp and voice. This magical journey through sound will take you into meditation and offer you a new experience of your consciousness.
Please bring your own equipment - mat, cushion, blanket. pillow. Please let us know if you would like to borrow equipment.
