Amanda will explain her process and proceed to 'play' crystal singing bowls attuned to each chakra, channelling healing music 🎶 in a small intimiate yet casual environment.
You will breath, relax, balance and heal on a deep deep soul level.
Whether you've attended a sound bath before or not, you are more than welcome.
We have cushions and blankets but feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket & pillow if you prefer ( and water - bring water)
The price includes light refreshments (warm drink) after.
Please book early to avoid disappointment because spaces are very limited (to max 8 people)
Please note sound bath is not suitable for people with epilepsy, pacemakers or women who are pregnant .
