Yin yoga targets the connective tissues of the body, increases flexibility & circulation in the joints, and helps regulate your energy through long held passive poses. You will leave feeling a new sense of relaxation and a stronger connection to your mind and body.In this workshop Yin yoga is combined with crystal sound bowls. A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture the mind and body. Sound bowls are effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but also moving through blockages in the body. Sound Therapy has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, and sleep disorders.
