About this Event
Join our Group Healing Sound Bath! This event is designed with healing intentions as well as to provide an overall balance of the body, mind and spirit. Our Sound Healer and Reiki Master, Jacob, provides soothing and healing frequencies with sound bowls and other instruments, and will provide a guided mindfulness meditation. The combination will leave your energy relaxed and aligned.
All ages are welcome! This class will be 90 minutes. Dress comfortably. You will be lying down on yoga mats, with optional bolsters, pillows, weighted eye masks and cozy, warm blankets. You are welcome to bring any of your own props for this class. Class will be limited to 6 participants.
