Music has always been her medicine. Long before she ever picked up a singing bowl, sound was where she went to soothe her soul through hard days, heartbreak, and moments she couldn’t put into words. In 2021, while unexpectedly on bed rest with her son at just 20 weeks pregnant, she attended my first sound bath. As the frequency washed over her, her nervous system softened, her mind quieted, and for the first time in weeks…she felt hopeful. That moment opened the door to a kind of healing she didn’t know she was searching for. Two years later, she became a certified professional sound healer through The Sound Healers Academy….and the rest is history!
Today, she guides others through sound healing journeys that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep presence. Through crystal alchemy singing bowls, chimes, and the breath, she creates space for stillness, expansion, and transformation.
