Healing Sound BathImmerse yourself in the healing power of sound to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Led by MTY yoga instructor, musician and certified sound healer Glenda Masters, this sound bath
session offers a unique journey of sonic vibrations designed to relax and rejuvenate.
The session begins with setting your intention followed by gentle breathing exercises and guided
meditation to prepare your mind and body for the tranquil journey ahead. As you lie comfortably, surrender to the waves of sound that wash over you as Glenda intuitively weaves a
harmonious tapestry using crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other sound healing instruments. Vibrations resonate with different energy centers and meridians of the body,
penetrating deeply to release energetic and emotional blockages and calm the nervous system. Participants emerge from deep relaxation feeling rejuvenation and a renewed sense of profound
peace.
What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and an open mind. Wear comfortable clothing.

Meet your instructor:
Glenda she has spent the past several years sporadically exploring different styles of yoga including Hatha, Bikram, Ashtanga and Vinyasa. But it wasn’t until 2022 when she committed to making yoga a consistent focus of her wellness journey. She became a certified 200-hr yoga instructor in 2023 to deepen her own practice as well as to support others in their practice.
Outside of yoga, Glenda is a classically trained violinist and arts administrator who has dedicated her career to connecting communities through the arts. She understands the healing power of arts and will often integrate sound healing into her yoga practice.
As a yoga teacher, Glenda loves to inspire and guide others. Her goal is to create classes that are welcoming, compassionate, balancing and mindful. Drawing from her music training, her classes emphasize proper alignment and fundamentals. This allows her students to confidently progress through their practice and, ultimately, frees the mind and body to explore and create at a deeper level.
