Please join Sound Healer Jen Haddix for a Healing Sound Bath at The Yoga Center, Reno.

Come into this loving container of energetic healing. Good for all levels... newbies welcome! Jen will use vocals, gongs, drums, chimes, a full 432hz crystal singing bowl set and a variety of other instruments for the sound bath.
Everything that exists is made of sound and vibration. Our bodies are 70% water, making them ideal conductors for transformative sound experiences. This sound bath will help release tension and stress. It will also open the door to enhanced intuition, improved immunity, better relationships, lower blood pressure, reduced stress hormones, stabilized moods, and better sleep.
