Please come and join me as I host a melodious sound bath. Sound baths are excellent for pain
management, emotional healing and relaxation.
About this Event

Please bring a yoga mat, bolster, pillow, eye mask, blankets and/or whatever else you may need as you lie on the floor to listen to the beautiful sound bath played by yours truly, using beautiful frosted crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments. If you would like to bring your crystals to be cleansed during the sound bath, please don't hesitate to do so. As a way to enhance your sound bath session, write down your affirmations and bring them with you to hold in your hand as you receive your healing and transmutation of energy. Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes early to set up.
