Arrival is 3pm Saturday July 6th at Hostel De Norte, Settle into your space, check out the amenities, or the lively town of Duluth! There are tons of restaurants, views, and happenings within walking distance :)

Massage Workshop for couples will begin at 5:30pm! We will open with a Cacao ceremony to drop us into a state of presence, connection, and listening to each others desires for taking the class. If you have specific areas of pain or discomfort, please share with us so that we can better serve you! You will have the combined experience of Zachary Flick with 21 years of Massage therapy and Olive Oconnell with 8 years of Bodywork and Energy Healing experience

Cacao is described as a heart opening medicine, and has been said to give you a similar feeling of falling in love! Blended with agave, tahini, and healing spices, this will be sure to leave you feeling grounded and connected to your partner. This chocolate drink has a ton of medicinal benefits along with its uplifting effects, you will be blissed out before we begin 😉

Following this introduction we will move into some partner exercises to warm up, and tune into your partners “edge” breathing techniques, and demonstrate how we can give and receive at the same time ✨

Throughout the session we will demonstrate a variety of techniques to serve without compromising your own body, allowing you to massage without feeling fatigued. We will switch partner’s frequently so no one falls asleep!

We will cover the full body focusing on common areas of discomfort such as tight hips, low back pain, and shoulder and neck pain! We will cover reflexology of the hands and the feet, and will leave you both excited and inspired to explore on your own 😉 No matter the body, you will love this course!

You will receive a hand out with photos and techniques, and a gift bag to take home with chocolate, oil, lotion, and some other sweet surprises ❤️

We will close in time for your to catch sunset and dinner in town, and feel free to come back for an open mic/jam session in the evening 🎶

Sunday July 7th

Wake up at your leisure, but as an added incentive when you book this package you will receive a breathwork and sound healing journey to start your day!

9:30am-10:30am

Dive into the healing power of Somatic Breath work, while surrounded by healing sounds of Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, gongs, flute, hand-pan, classical guitar, drumming and medicine songs

❤️ Sound Healing penetrates multiple layers of the physical and energetic body and Somatic Breathwork helps clear the body of stuck or stagnant emotions/stress by using breath as a means of breathing into those places and expressing/releasing them. This integrative session is the perfect experience to close our time together.

Take your time traveling home or enjoying the magic that is Duluth ❤️ Check out will be at 12pm unless you decide to extend your stay ❤️
