Brenda Seaver is a 500-hour certified advanced yoga instructor through Stone Yoga School and earned her 200-hour certification through KMB Yoga. She also holds a Reiki Master certification and has additional certifications in the neuroscience of yoga, the science of slow, and mindfulness-based addiction recovery. All levels flow class incorporating elements of qi gong and traditional vinyasa. Students are guided to tap into their own energy channels and connect with their subtle body energy fields while moving through poses that find the balance between internal senses of peace and power. Each class concludes with a Reiki Blessing and restorative writing to help find center and peace for your mid-week evening refresh.
