Please join this insight meditation every Thursday morning from 9.00 - 10.00 AM at Healing People, Meeuwenlaan 327, Amsterdam.
This insightmeditation group is offered on a dana/donation basis, no one is ever turned away for lack of funds. It would be nice if you'd register by buying a free ticket. But there's no registration mandatory. Simply drop in and sit with us.
Each facilitator-led weekly meet includes a short guided meditation, followed by a 40+ minutes silent meditation, followed by a group discussion. Those who self-identify as People of the Global Majority and/or marginalized groups are most welcome. All Buddhist and all non-Buddhists alike, at all levels of meditation experience are very welcome to join. We hope to regularsit with you and deepen our meditation practice together.
