• Bring your journal and pen to take notes.

• Bring water to clear stuck energy and toxins.

The information shared in this workshop may be looked at as controversial. It may bump up against your long-standing beliefs and how you see (or rather, have been programmed to see) yourself and the world. The information shared in this workshop may upset you, confuse you, frustrate you or make you angry. It will also educate, heal, enlighten and empower you. I will be guiding you through the awakening/healing process around this subject and having different thoughts and emotions come to the surface (to be processed) is all part of the experience.

With that said, I will be with you to support you during this workshop. I will share with you tools, techniques, teachings, and healings to help you have a more enjoyable experience. Would you like to be aligned with truth and start the journey or go deeper in healing your false beliefs and childhood wounds, even if it rattles you a bit, so you can understand why your life is the way it is, why you’re not as happy, fulfilled, successful, etc, as you’d like to be, and then take steps to fix it?
