Haley and Luke of Freedom Flow Collective weave a signature experience of Breath and Sound that invites the body into deep presence, nervous system restoration, and spiritual connection.Guided by Haley, a certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator and Doula, and Luke, a certified Sacred Sound Practitioner and multi-instrumentalist, this co-facilitated journey blends conscious breathing, nervous system regulation, and healing soundscapes into one sacred offering.
Their Ethereal Breath & Sound Journey is rooted in reverence for the body’s wisdom and the breath as a bridge between the physical and the divine. With live instrumentation, meditative rhythms, and intuitive voice guidance, participants are gently supported to soften, release, and remember their wholeness.
This experience is open to all bodies and all seasons of life — no prior experience needed, only a willingness to be with what arises and to receive.
