Enjoy a healing meditation and inspiration from others.This 1 hour class will start out with a 10 to 15 minute mediation focusing on healing and calming mindfulness. The second part of the class will be focused on sharing stories of inspiration, spiritualism, and individual growth. Those attending will be asked to share their stories of inspiration that helped your spiritual growth. Our goal is to work together to heal ourselves and share our healing with each other.
