Healing Mantras:
In this workshop, participants will explore the healing power of their own voice through humming, toning, and sacred mantra chanting. We'll learn to work with the Shruti Box—a beautiful drone instrument that supports vocal expression—and use it to create a meditative soundscape.
Together, we’ll chant ancient healing mantras like Ra Ma Da Sa and Om Mani Padme Hum, unlocking their vibrational potential to bring balance, clarity, and peace. No singing experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore your inner sound.
About the Facilitator:
Vinny Colandrea, (@reverb yogi) is a sound therapy practitioner, composer, and yogi from the Hudson Valley, New York. A lifelong producer of music and multi-instrumentalist, Vinny brings his talents together to bring harmony when combining unique and rarely heard instruments such as the kotamo and gong. He has studied under gong master Don Conreaux and performed for thousands since
2017. He is a practicing meditator, trained by yogi and mystic, Sadhguru. As a student of all religions, spirituality and awareness are the foundation for his guided meditations and conscious gatherings in sound.
