About this Event
Healing in the Wild invites you to an Indigenous Sound Bath, an immersive experience of rest and renewal through voice, drum, crystal harp, crystal sound bowls and other traditional instruments. Guided by Anna Mayīnk Wahīye Jeffries, an Indigenous interdisciplinary artist, certified mindfulness teacher & sound healing practitioner, this gathering offers grounding, deep rest, emotional release, and cultural remembrance while honoring the original stewards of the land.
Join us in person at the People’s Solidarity Hub to connect with nature and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Suggested contribution keeps the event accessible and supports Indigenous wellness work. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Complimentary refreshments available with ticket purchase.
Doors open at 6:15pm. Please arrive early, and bring a yoga mat and/or blanket, water, and an open heart.
