About this Event

This event is all about building community, connection and having access to therapy tools that you can use in your everyday life. Join us in guided mindfulness activities, gratitude journaling prompts and a space to reflect. This is a safe space and humans from all walks of life are welcomed. The location will be in Mile Square Park a bit west of where euclid and heil meet. The star on the map provides the exact location and we will have a sign so you can spot us.
