Healing in Pink: An Inara gathering

This October, Inara invites you to a special gathering in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Together, we’ll create a healing space of movement, creativity, and reflection - centering women’s experiences while welcoming anyone who wishes to honor and support healing.

✨ What to expect:

• Opening Breathwork & Gentle Yoga -To ground the body and release tension
• Creative Expression Workshop - guided art activity where guests create a personal piece.
• Journaling & Reflection - prompts to connect inward and honor resilience in the face of life’s challenges

• Closing Circle of Connection -a shared space for community, affirmation, and collective healing

Whether you come to honor your own journey, support a loved one, or simply sit in community, this gathering is a reminder that care -for ourselves and for each other - is an act of resilience. Guests are invited to wear a touch of pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. No experience is needed for yoga or art- this gathering is about expression, reflection, and community care.
