Healing in Highland Park: Comfort and Care after Loss

Grief is a very large emotion, big enough to turn your world upside down and render you helpless.

But it doesn't have to keep you down.

In this workshop, you' learn:

• Changes in your health that will put you on the path to illness
• Simple steps to improve your wellness while navigating grief
• Elevating your wellbeing on an ongoing basis after loss

Come learn and connect with others in the community for expanded healing.

IMPORTANT NOTES (Read before registering):

1. This event will follow the Port Clinton Art Festival, so parking may be limited.
2. Space is limited so registration is required, and no walk ins and unregistered guests allowed. No exceptions.
3. Space is located on second floor and access is through stairs.
4. Limited meditation cushions and backjacks available. Feel free to bring yoga mats or blankets to sit on. No folding/lawn chairs.
5. This is not a "women only" event. It is open to all who want to attend and heal.
